Refund Policy
At Vestigia Clothiers, every product is carefully inspected before shipping, but if you happen to receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only applicable for damaged products received at the time of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and have the original label/tag attached.
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by sending clear photos or videos of the damage to support@vestigiaclothiers.com.
Refund requests beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
Products without the original tag/label.
Worn, washed, or used items.
Sale or discounted items.
Minor color or print variations, as many of our designs are artisan-inspired and handcrafted.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@vestigiaclothiers.com with:
Your Order ID
Description and clear pictures/videos of the damaged product
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return.
After we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note:
We do not offer refunds for incorrect size, change of mind, or design during promotions. Please refer to our size chart and product details carefully before ordering.
