Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours upon payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Please check product details for any exceptions.

Domestic: We ship throughout India via reputable courier services.
International: Select international destinations are supported. Delivery timelines and charges may vary by country.
Shipping Charges
India: Free shipping may be offered on certain order values or promotional periods. Otherwise, charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International: Shipping costs are shown at checkout, based on weight, volume, and destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes as per the receiving country’s regulations.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
A shipping confirmation email/SMS, including a tracking number, will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Process
Multiple Items: Orders with multiple products may be shipped separately, and could arrive at different times if shipped from more than one location.
We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including pin code and contact details.
Delivery Delays
Vestigia Clothiers is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), but we strive to communicate any issues promptly.
If a package arrives tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery or contact us within 24–48 hours with photo evidence.
